Packing and Delivery

The Goods will be packed by EQ, or an Agent of EQ prior to dispatch by carrier. This packing cost is included in any delivery or collection cost that may be levied and includes all materials used to package the goods.
EQ will not be liable for any damage or consequential loss of any kind whatsoever which may be caused to goods at any time prior to receipt by the purchaser.
For all export orders the purchaser’s country of residence may impose import duties and taxes on the parts shipped by EQ. Any additional charges for customs clearance are not included in our prices and will require payment before or upon delivery of goods or presentation of invoice. Should your order be returned to EQ due to unpaid import duties and/or taxes, restocking fees may be charged to your credit or debit card. As Customs policies vary widely from country to country, we recommend strongly that you contact the local Customs authority to confirm any import duties and taxes before placing an order.
Subject to stock availability and payment authorisation, we aim to ship items within 24 hours from the time of the order. Delivery to UK addresses will usually occur on the day after shipment but customers should allow up to 7 working days. Delivery to European customers may be within 48 hours but customers should allow up to 10 working days. Other international customers should allow up to 21 working days for delivery.
Suggested delivery times and promise of delivery are made in good faith and every effort will be made to keep to delivery times/dates given, however time and place delivery shall not be the essence of the contract and EQ shall not be liable for any loss caused through delay or failure to deliver.
Acceptance of delivery is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the package on delivery. If any damage is evident the purchaser should reject the package or sign ‘DAMAGED’. The purchaser must be aware that any package signed for cannot retrospectively be claimed as damaged. Once the package is signed for, all transport liability ends.
Proof of delivery supplied by the delivery agent is deemed sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received by the buyer.
If the purchaser fails to take delivery of the goods or any part thereof at the time/date agreed for delivery then EQ shall be entitled to cancel or suspend such delivery and all other outstanding deliveries and to charge the purchaser for any loss suffered by EQ. Redelivery will be at the purchaser’s expense.
