Returns Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before the product is shipped, please contact EQ immediately as we typically ship within 24 hours. Once the item has been shipped, cancellation will incur costs for you to return the goods. Cancellation must be made by email or phone and will be valid when EQ provides the purchaser with email confirmation of the cancellation.
Rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Only complete products may be returned.
Should the order be incorrect or you wish to return an order for another reason and you wish to receive a refund, you must notify EQ of your intention within 7 calendar days of receipt of goods. Return of goods, unused, must be within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Refunds are made within 30 days of receipt of goods by EQ but usually much sooner.
Where goods have been correctly supplied a return and restocking fee of £15 of the value of the goods will be applied to the refund.
Goods must be returned to the address specified by EQ. All returned goods must be in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and presented with a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt.
The purchaser has a legal obligation to take reasonable care of goods while they are in their possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation EQ may have a right to compensation. This applies to all Goods that are returned. The purchaser is responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, and should therefore ensure that sufficient postal insurance is purchased to cover the value of the goods in case of loss.
Terms and conditions may change at any time so it cannot be assumed that the same terms and conditions will apply in the future.
None of the terms affect the purchaser’s legal rights, which are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law in England, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to the extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
